How To Lower Blood Pressure Instantly

How To Lower Blood Pressure Instantly? This is the question we always think of and in result what we get is, ridiculous low-fat propaganda that’s dominated for the last 30 years.

This article is dedicated to Blue Heron Health firm. They have made advancement in achieving the prescribed formula in their book. The notion of Book is in digital form and very helpful, for those who have High Blood Pressure complaints and want to know “How To Lower Blood Pressure Instantly”..

With subjugated propagation of Drug Mafia or others for sake of their profits, Approximately all Nations in the world, have lowered their Fat Consumption, while almost all modern diseases have been at their peak.

Doesn’t make sense, does it?

A new study from the UAE proves one type of fat to be extremely effective to lower blood pressure. In fact, you should make absolutely sure you consume this fat every single day.

A study conducted in Gulf Medical College Hospital in the UAE aimed to find out if adding Omega-3 fat into a daily diet lowered high blood pressure.

We’ve known for a long time that supplementing with Omega-3 is very beneficial for overall inflammation and helps for diseases such as arthritis and type 2 diabetes.

The reason for this is not that Omega-3 fat is better than other fats. It’s more that most Westerners get too much Omega-6 and too little Omega-3. So, the balance between the two is skewed in your diet. We should be getting almost equal or at least 3:1 Omega-6 versus Omega-3. But most people’s balance is closer to 20:1.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, but rather than go on medication, I wanted to see first if there was something I could do without medication that would significantly lower my blood pressure. So I, removed as much salt from my diet as possible, ate fresh fruits and vegetables, and entered into a rigorous exercise program every day that gets my heart pumping. Following what I have described above, I was able to do this. I went from blood pressure levels of over 150/90 down to 120/80 within a short period of time. By keeping to this routine, I have been able to keep my blood pressure at around 120/80. I am a 72-year-old male. For exercise, I do body building in my own home gym for up to one hour a day. My meals are simple, as mentioned above, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables without adornments. I drink a lot of water, three cups of tea and one cup of cocoa a day (with skimmed milk). I believe it is entirely possible to control your blood pressure this way WITHOUT medication. I am retired now but worked in the motor vehicle trade during my working life. Since I have had time to investigate and experiment with my diet, I have reached this conclusion.

My blood pressure was 150/90 in 2004. I was initially prescribed 50 mg of atenolol. After a year, my blood pressure was still around 150/90 and the doctor suggested increasing the dose to 100 mg. At 100 mg of atenolol, my blood pressure was around 145/90, and I lived with this for the next four years. I consulted another doctor in 2009, and he put me on 5 mg of amlodipine and 50 mg of atenolol. My blood pressure dipped to 125/82! I have always been physically active and careful with my diet, and I wondered why my blood pressure could not be lowered. Finally, I was prescribed the correct cocktail. How do I feel? As if something has been lifted off my chest!

The NHS advises people to consume a smaller daily intake of sodium (salt), to help reduce blood pressure levels. The NHS advises to consume less than 6g of salt in a day.

Many of the prepared foods available, such as breads, cereals and ready meals, tend to have relatively high quantities of salt. Salt helps to provide food with flavour and takeaway foods will typically use relatively high quantities of salt to increase flavour.

With home cooked food, you can exercise more control on your salt intake. Note though that one teaspoon of salt provides the daily target of 6g of salt, so bear this in mind if you use salt in your cooking.

Physical Activity

Physical activity is known to be beneficial for reducing blood pressure levels.

The NHS advises people undertake 2 and a half hours of moderate physical activity each week or 1 hour 15 minutes of vigorous exercise.

If you are currently not so active, the British Heart Foundation recommends building your level of exercise up from a couple of 10 minute sessions each day.

Cut down alcohol and quit smoking

Over consumption of alcohol over a sustained period of time has been found to contribute to higher levels of blood pressure.

It can be easy for us to not be aware of when we are drinking too much.

The NHS advises us to cut down on alcohol and keeping a drinks diary can be helpful in assessing whether you are drinking too much.

The British Heart Foundation lists quitting smoking as the single most important factor in improving heart health.

Smoking damages the walls of the arteries which can lead to narrowing of the arteries and raises the risk of blood clots and heart attack.

Your GP can help you to quit with a range of options including a ‘quit kit’ and access to a local ‘stop smoking service’.

Use Of Omega Diet

We get Omega-6 from many refined vegetable oils used for frying (such as sunflower and safflower oil) as well as loaded into fast and frozen meals. Whereas, fish is high in Omega-3. You can also find it abundantly in flaxseed, chia seeds, and many other sources.

So, in this study, the researchers recruited 100 patients with high blood pressure who were all taking blood pressure medications. Half of the group was given Omega-3 dietary supplements and the other half got a placebo supplement (did not include any Omega-3).

After the three month’s supplementation, everyone’s blood pressure was taken. Those who received the supplements showed a significant reduction in blood pressure compared to those who didn’t get it.

Although Omega-3 supplementation is not a cure for high blood pressure or other diseases, it’s well worth taking as it has been proven in repeated studies to be extremely beneficial for your overall health.
